Set within a conservation area where eagles often fly overhead and surrounded by beautiful scenery, our house backs onto woodland and provides the perfect environment in which to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The house is purpose buit for a wheelchair user with ramps to the front door (900mm wide) and the garage, and from the pool area to the 1st master suite, which has a king-size bed and a level access shower.
There is a slight ramp to the entrance which is not steep. The entrance is easy access.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed, television with DVD and a radio alarm clock. There is ample storage space with a chest of drawers and a large walk in closet. Access to the pool deck is via a separate door. The-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and a single basin. A hairdryer is also provided in the cupboard below the basin.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a television with dvd player, a walk in closet and ample drawer space. It has been furnished with a Disney theme and we hope it would please any small child sleeping here. The cuddly toys are for your children to play with and enjoy for the duration of your stay, please return them to their original positions when you leave. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 has a full size double bed, television with dvd, radio alarm clock, walk in closet and ample drawer space. The adjoining bathroom, which is shared by the Disney Twin, has a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet and a single basin. There is a hairdryer in the cupboard below the basin.
The lounge looks onto the pool deck and is furnished with comfortable chairs and settees, the largest of which converts to a full size sofa bed for additional guests. There is a television and dvd player and a small selection of dvds for your use in the cupboard below the television. Bedding for both sofa beds is stored in the wooden chest in the entrance hall.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer with an ice maker. There is also a toaster, kettle, blender, hand mixer and a coffee machine. All crockery, glasses, cutlery, saucepans, baking and roasting tins as well as cooking utensils are provided. There are 2 stools at the breakfast bar as well as a table and chairs.
A floor to ceiling pantry provides ample storage for dry goods and the first aid box is kept on the top shelf out of reach of children There is a telephone in the kitchen and local calls are free, if you wish to phone overseas the cheapest way is to buy phone cards from the shop in Berry town centre. The master switch for the intercom, which is in every room throughout the house including the pool deck, is also in the kitchen.
Utility Room - a separate door leads to the utility room where you will find a top loading washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board. The utility room provides access to the double garage via a shallow ramp.
The Den is on your left as you enter the house and has a large comfortable settee for relaxing on and which converts to a full size sofa bed should you need additional sleeping capacity. There is a television with play station 2 and an x box attached and we have left a couple of games for each. The cupboard below the television has a small selection of board games for your use.
These are just a few of the attractions available but you can also go hot air ballooning, horse back riding, go-carting, fishing and so much more. Why not stop off at one of the many tourist information centres ( there are at least 2 on Highway 192) and pick up a visitors guide to Orlando where the staff will also provide advice and directions on other attractions to visit.

All bed linen and towels including pool towels are provided. Electricity, water, air conditioning, pool maintenance, gardener, garbage collection and free local telephone calls are included in the above prices but there is an additional charge for pool heat (see price list).
