Welcome Eva’s Apartments in Cyprus. The first ever private tourist accommodation in Cyprus specifically designed to cater for disabled guests. Chris Neophytou, a wheelchair user himself, along with his mother and father, has worked hard to convert this quiet residential property into an ideal holiday centre for those seeking accessible accommodation in Cyprus.
Three bedroom apartment
Located on the upper level. The bedrooms
each have air conditioning units (payable locally). The large lounge and dining
area also has a TV.
One bedroom apartment.
The one bedroom unit has an en-suite bathroom with a roll in shower. The second
bathroom, though large, is slightly narrow and is equipped with a swivel bath
seat.
Studios 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8
Re-designed to accommodate
a wheelchair user. These large studios,
like the three-bedroom apartment and studio
5, 6, 7 & 8, have been adapted to ensure comfort and manoeuvrability
for anyone in a wheelchair. The studios feature roll-in showers together
with swivel shower chairs. Grab rails have also been placed in the shower
areas as well as drop down rails on either side of the toilets. The doors
into the shower rooms has been widened to 110 cm.
Studios 2, 3 and 4 have a sheltered garden patio whereas studios 5, 6, 7 and 8 are pool facing.
