- Cleaning, Towels, Linen, Maid Service: Apartment cleaned and prepared with laundered linen before arrival, and weekly thereafter. Additional cleaning and linen changes on request and at additional charge. Towels included (not for beach use).

Beach
Las Fuentes Beach within a minute of apartment door. In addition, the twin resort of Alcossebre/Las Fuentes boasts several fine beaches - one to suit everyone. The Las Fuentes Beach is so named because of the many natural fresh water springs which arise on the beach, making for a unique salt and freshwater experience with wheelable firm-sand in places (caution with very young children). During the high summer season, the Carregador Beach offers accessible beach services.
Local Attractions
The fabulous city of Valencia is just an hour away. Peniscola, where they filmed El Cid - 30 minutes and the mountain villages of the Maestrazgo range with 20 minutes. Universal Studios - Port Aventura theme park - 90 minutes.
Other Information
The resort offers a fine choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Bank, chemist and supermarkets within two minutes of apartment. The Marina with its classy boats, boutiques and eateries is just 200 metres from the apartment.

The apartment has been designed with good access for all in mind. Level access from disabled parking spaces, directly outside complex gates. Minimum door widths 78cms. Level entry en-suite shower to master bedroom. Small ramp to garden and patio from living area. Ramped pool for easy access. Mobility equipment including shower chair available on request.
